This review exists to determine whether your business situation warrants a deeper, time-intensive consultation — or whether another path makes more sense.

It is not a coaching call.
It is not a brainstorm.
And it is not designed to deliver tactical advice.

Our team has reviewed hundreds of established service businesses and works daily with founders making complex revenue and structural decisions. In many cases, we can determine very quickly whether a deeper advisory conversation would be useful — or whether it would be a poor use of your time.

That judgment requires your presence and attention.

What Happens in the Review

During this 15-minute review, we will:

  • look at your business context at a high level

  • clarify the decision or constraint you are evaluating

  • assess whether a full consultation is warranted

At the end of the review, one of two things will happen:

  • you will be invited to a consultation

  • or we will confirm that it is not the right next step

Both outcomes are considered successful.
